Brussel sprouts are a new love in our house. 💚My son eats them raw as he likes the crunchiness and their sweet taste. I know many people who don’t like it at all. I guess some of them didn’t know the right recipe to enhance Brussel sprouts’ taste and flavor.
Maybe it’s time to try this recipe of Brussel sprouts with creamy sauce, emmentaler, parmesan and bacon. 😍💚Count on some garlic too, it makes everything tastier. Would you like to try it? ☺️

– 450g Brussel sprouts, cut in halves
– 1 tbs butter
– salt, pepper to season
– 150g bacon (cut in small cubes)
– 3 garlic cloves, thinely chopped
– 300ml heavy cream
-100g emmentaler, grated
– 50g parmesan, grated

How to make it:
Preheat oven at 190 degrees C.
Fry the bacon into a pan until crispy. Take out of the pan and put aside. Remove any excess of fat if necessary.
Put the butter in the pan then add the Brussel sprouts, season with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally to coat the Brussel sprouts with melted butter and cook on both sides. It’s done when it turns slightly to brown.
Add the garlic just 1-2 minutes before the Brussels sprouts are cooked. Add the cream and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add the bacon then both cheeses and put the pan in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden-brown.
Enjoy with a salad aside. 😋💚
